Today people actually look out for secrets, tricks, and hacks that will make Everything better right now. But unfortunately life doesnt work that way. There are no overnight successes. Think of all the outstanding people you truly admire. They didnt succeed because of one big move, but rather a series of small and consistent actions over time.

Your performance and ability to get things done is bound to brain performance. A big, bold goal looks scary to your brain. And when your brain encounters scary, it goes into freeze mode. You dont want that. If you constantly strain yourself, you will lose the required energy you need to take the necessary action to get better.

Setting a goal, no matter how simple is always the easy part. Everyone has goals. The main focus is not about the result, but it is about the sacrifices required to achieve your goals. When you achieve your short-term goals, your next goals wont be tough to achieve. Having a structure is what matters. Committing to the process makes a big difference.
