A succulent solitary plant that resembles a stone, it is thornless and decorative. Euphorbia Obesa is an endemic species of the Kendrew region of the Great Karroo, the Northern Cape region of South Africa, in the Graaff-Reinet district. They are found at an altitude ranging from 300 to 900 m above sea level. The plant is called as Baseball Plant due to its shape. Depending on its age, its diameter is 6 – 15 cm. It contains ridges on its edges creating a mesmerising pattern. The tiny flowers create Cyathium like formation on the top of the sphere adding to the allure of the plant.
